Job Title: Finance Administrator

Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise a team of two people
Maintenance and reporting of the office accounts to Headquarters in the UK
Perform bookkeeping tasks which include resolving queries, invoice processing and processing of employee expenses
Performing of credit control functions to ensure maximum recovery of outstanding payments
Ordering and importing of products from headquarters
Responsible for petty cash
Reconciling the accounts to the bank statement
Management of fixed assets within the business
Preparing of financial reports
Maintaining debtors and suppliers on master files on system
Working with various banks to facilitate timeous overseas payments
Coordinating and handling administrative tasks on an ad-hoc basis, including but not limited to, document management, ordering office supplies and stationery and liaising with clients and customers.
Maintaining current knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements
