Overseeing distribution debtor’s department
Monthly KPI meeting with CEO and distributors
Bookkeeping up to trial balance
Manage debtors accounts.
Prepare creditors recons, cheques and payments to creditors.
Full function VIP payroll
Weekly reporting to CEO regarding debtors, logistics, deliveries and staff
Procurement of all packaging and shipping materials
Manage vehicle fleet — services, logbooks, drivers and deliveries.
Manage CEO’s personal property portfolio – rentals and advertising.
Demand planning and forecasting
Stock control and inventory management
Cost management
HR generalist duties – contracts, confidential documents, payroll and leave
