Manage the account retainers and hour usage at all times to manage the monthly scope of work.
While still balancing out-of-scope work to ensure client satisfaction, and retainer expansion.
Manage a coordinator on client accounts, this included delegating tasks, reviewing work and providing constructive feedback.
Laid out project plans for all incoming projects, or ad hoc work.
Worked alongside Chief of Strategy to create a user journey for the target audiences.
Managed a website reskin and rebuild project for a newly acquired tool that they were merging into their product offering.
Managed a SEO Audit and Strategy designed for a client to be able to implement themselves.
Expanded our relationship with an international brokerage, from working with just their head office to their councils and brokerages.
Under the guidance of the Chief of Strategy, I put together an SEO strategy for a previous client, aimed to help them achieve their goal of ranking for all keywords associated with their property data on the 7M + locations in their database across the US.
Work alongside the video and strategy team to regularly film and edit Podcast type videos, and digital product launching videos.
