Job Title: Design, Digital & Brands Manager

Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy, Planning & Brand Management – Implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive traffic, sales, and brand awareness for the various shopping centres.

 

Development of annual marketing plans, budgets and promotional calendars, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

 

Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform marketing initiatives and identify new opportunities.

 

Oversee the development and execution of campaigns that promote the shopping centre’s brand, positioning it as a premier retail and lifestyle destination.

 

Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels, including digital, print, OOH, broadcast, social media, and on-site activations.

 

Design, Digital & Social Media Marketing – Design in-brand campaign artwork for various shopping centres and overseeing the printing process of all print elements.

 

Lead digital marketing efforts, including website management, email marketing and social media campaigns.

 

Plan & execute in-centre and in-store content specifically to each shopping centre or promotional campaign.

 

Create and schedule montly content calendars for 8 different shopping centres.

 

Event Management & Community Engagement – Plan, coordinate and execute a range of on-site events and promotional activities that enhance the customer experience and build community connections.

 

Build and maintain relationships with all local businesses, schools, community organisations and media partners to drive engagement and collaboration.

 

Work closely with tenants to understand their business needs, provide marketing support and develop joint marketing initiatives
