Key Responsibilities: As the Marketing Director, I was instrumental in transforming the companies’ marketing strategies and significantly boosting their lead generation efforts. My role encompassed the following key responsibilities and achievements:

 

Dramatic Increase in Lead Generation and Revenue – Established the marketing team from the ground up, resulting in an exponential increase in Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs). Initially, the companies were generating only 3-5 unqualified MQLs per month. After implementing the new strategy, MQLs surged to 70-100+ per month, reflecting a remarkable 1,775%+ increase. This success contributed to acquiring new brands, with new clients starting small and gradually ramping up operations.
