Key Responsibilities: Responsible for management and implementation of complete HubSpot marketing operations.
Supported marketing automation activities in HubSpot including, Landing pages, Email templates, Advanced Workflows, Social media scheduling, Integrations, CTAs, Forms, Email Marketing, Reporting and Analytics.
Cleaned up integration issues with Salesforce CRM to make sure smooth flow of the data between two platforms.
Introduced smart workflows, smart emails which will pick up the required information from the landing pages and thus help in sending thank you and follow up emails.
Set up automated workflows to update a lead�s critical information such as Status, Buyer cycle stages based on the activities of the lead/prospect.
Worked on mar-tech integrations with webinar and other marketing tools to automate the followups and registration process.
Set up drip and nurture campaigns based on the buyer cycle stage of the leads.
Supported Email, LinkedIn marketing campaigns delivery from the operational aspect.
Implemented lead scoring system to understand the lead�s interest in the company�s offerings and to help prioritize the prospects/leads.
