Key Responsibilities: Oversee the meticulous management and upkeep of the HubSpot CRM platform, tailored specifically for our varying integrations with other platforms. This entails ensuring data accuracy, maintaining integrity, and upholding stringent security protocols.

Tailoring and fine-tuning the configuration of HubSpot CRM to impeccably match the unique requirements and operational workflows characteristic of the mariner and yachts division. This includes the customization of fields, properties, and pipelines to optimize functionality.

Collaborating closely with the sales, marketing, and customer service teams to identify key operational needs and spearhead the implementation of automated workflows within HubSpot CRM. These workflows are designed to streamline processes and boost efficiency across departments.

Provide comprehensive training sessions and ongoing support to users from all regions, globally, empowering them with the knowledge and skills needed to leverage HubSpot CRM effectively for lead management, sales tracking, and customer engagement.

Generate insightful reports and dynamic dashboards within HubSpot CRM, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) pertinent to sales, marketing, and customer service activities

Monitoring for potential issues or discrepancies within our account, swiftly identifying and addressing any technical hiccups or errors.

Collaborate closely with technical support teams or HubSpot AM�s to implement prompt resolution.

Staying abreast of the latest features and enhancements introduced by HubSpot, proactively evaluating their relevance and potential impact on our operations
