Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage multiple client accounts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality media strategies aligned with client objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive media plans across various channels (print, TV, radio, OOH, digital).
Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.
Ensure operational efficiency in media buying processes, managing budgets effectively to achieve client goals.
Financial Management & Commercial Awareness
Assess and forecast account budgets, optimizing spending for maximum ROI and client satisfaction.
Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts, proposing strategic upselling or cross-selling initiatives.
Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, effectively communicating client needs and expectations.
Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives, and providing strategic media solutions.
Generate comprehensive reports and presentations, providing insights on campaign performance and strategic recommendations.
Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, agreements, and campaign details.
Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of 24 members, fostering a collaborative and motivated working environment.
Manage team performance, set goals, and provide regular feedback and coaching to drive professional development.
Utilize relevant tools and platforms for media planning, analytics, and reporting, ensuring efficient and effective campaign management.
Mitigate risks associated with client accounts, proactively addressing challenges to ensure successful campaign execution.
Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring deadlines are met and client expectations are exceeded.
