Key Responsibilities: Be a strategic partner to clients
Serve as the day-to-day point of contact
Manage client expectations and strategies from inception to delivery
Ensure client satisfaction by managing overall account health while actively managing risk
Coach account manager and Franchise sales account managers on successes.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the delivery of timely quality work
Ensure account profitability and efficiencies while utilizing agency resources
Work towards heightening the client’s trust in the agency and its internal team members
Provide regular reports and status updates to ensure each client is aware of the value being delivered
Maintain a business development mindset, partnering with the Client Success Director to discuss any opportunities to increase current client revenue or potential new business
Manage all billing changes including new services, reduction in services, and cancellations
Responsible for obtaining client approvals for all new estimates and change orders
Communicate rapidly and effectively with all parties involved in the projects
Stay on top of industry trends in order to stay on the cutting edge
Assist sales team with presentations and proposal development
