Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage 6 direct reports – 3 Product Marketing Specialists, 1 Digital Specialist, 1 Senior Designer, 1 Marketing Assistant
Employee enhancement and empowerment — build trust, manage priorities, optimize productivity, identify performance and learning opportunities
Write and manage implementation of corporate brand and communications strategy, with overarching approach to span all business units
Develop strategy considering market data, opportunities and target audience to demonstrate value of products; build brand and product awareness; build customer relationships and loyalty; drive customer acquisition; gain market share; launch products; generate revenue.
Develop and implement plans for New Product Introductions / launches for distributors, retailers (omni-channel and e-commerce) and end users.
Design seasonal product-focused and sales-driven marketing tactics to align with inventory, pricing and priorities, for B2C and B2B audiences.
Leverage digital ecosystem including website, social media, email and digital paid media to achieve campaign targets.
Ensure customer journey across digital touch points flows seamlessly and towards objectives.
Develop and plan marketing launch of direct-to-consumer e-commerce offering, supporting a new strategic business direction for the subsidiary.
Brief and manage media agencies for ATL and BTL.
Assess paid media results against targets and optimize.
