Key Responsibilities: Idea/campaign conceptualizing distinctive plans for rollouts according to client briefs or proactive thinking
Manage projects from conceptualization to completion
Manage and organize team brainstorm session
Presenting campaign plans
Budgeting: Budget development
Finances – supplier invoices in line with company processes/procedures
Budget reconciliation
Managing suppliers – Briefing
Facilitate &co-ordinate events aligned with the brief (Sponsorship and Marketing)
Manage/assist third party involvements, event organizers and ensure sponsorship agreements are met
Content advice
Managing client relationships — campaign requirements and objectives according to briefs and deliverables
Formulating strategies
Internal team management and task delegation
Reporting and after-action reviews — Analyzing, interpreting, and presenting results
Work with creative team to ensure tasks are complete and meet clients requests
