Job Title: Chief Client Officer/Head of Client Services
Duration: 22
Key Responsibilities: Drive client partnership with strategic intent, whilst being one of the core contact people to various Brand Managers for day-to-day interaction.
Interpret the client’s business needs into clear creative / digital briefs
Deliver on high quality digital and social media campaigns in line with Brand Plans. Implement and manage digital and social campaigns, whilst managing tight timelines.
Develop digital project plans across various portfolios that run from concept to execution.
Work alongside creative, strategy, media, PR, development teams; whilst managing multiple clients, portfolios and campaigns in one go.
Ensure reporting on campaigns is completed weekly and monthly with learnings taken into consideration in adapting rollouts.
