Key Responsibilities: Lead sales efforts, driving significant growth in the company’s sales pipeline by fostering client relationships and strategically promoting services.

Develop tailored solutions for clients, enhancing their revenue streams by understanding their needs and challenges, and crafting detailed proposals accordingly.

Manage existing client portfolios while simultaneously expanding sales from both current and prospective clients.

Devise comprehensive sales acquisition strategies, encompassing client referrals, cold outreach, networking, events, and strategic introductions.

Conduct daily sales activities, including outreach efforts and the strategic scheduling of sales meetings to maintain an active pipeline.

Utilise CRM software to efficiently monitor and manage sales activities, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up.

Collaborate closely with the Head of Finance to align on forecasts and sales strategies, ensuring financial objectives are met.

Lead internal project briefings, ensuring alignment of client expectations with campaign deliverables.

Nurture and maintain strong client partnerships through regular communication and effective issue resolution, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction.

Communicate client feedback to the team to drive continuous improvements in campaign strategies.
