    • As an event director, one directs and oversees the planning of special events, conferences, and meetings of an organisation.
    • This includes conference themes, dinner themes, all layouts and artwork for the event, coordinating amenities and accommodations; supervising and approving all tasks including staff and site selection, food transport, audio/video equipment selection, and DJs; preparing and negotiating budget, sourcing suppliers and vendors, coordinating all operations, monitoring budgets, and reporting and presenting to top management of our clients
    • Manage the delivery and set income targets for clients
    • Explore and recommend new cost-effective/innovative methods to deliver campaigns
    • Overall delivery of client briefs through active team management and distribution of workload
