Job Title: Client Success Manager/Account Director

Key Responsibilities: Ensure the smooth running of client accounts operationally, creatively and financially and report on this to the owners of the agency.

Responsible for ensuring that my account management team has sufficient time and resources to deliver excellent outputs to clients, within the client’s deadline.

Coordinate the preparation of immaculate client-facing presentations, and deliver them clearly and compellingly.

Nurture and grow new client relationships. Build strong and enduring relationships with existing clients.

Serve as a credible, trusted partner and advisor to our clients, working with them to plan, forecast and implement digital campaigns.

Prioritise and manage clients’ expectations alongside my account management team.

Understand the client’s business and the key broader factors and trends shaping their markets and categories.

Assess for opportunities to engage in broader business dialogue with clients.

Project management and team leadership and management.

Lead effective and efficient cross-functional interactions within the agency to meet client business objectives.

Develop and lead digital strategies and campaigns for clients, across multiple digital platforms, in response to client briefs and aligned with client business and marketing objectives.

Staying up-to-date with digital trends.

Monitor clients’ industries, immersing myself and our team in their industry and understanding their challenges.

Lead and oversee output across web design, social media campaign design, Google, SEO, PPC, video, website development etc. to ensure this aligns with the brief and agency KPIs.

Ensure BTL and digital marketing synergies for client campaigns.

Maximise team output and efficiencies through coordinating team workflow using ClickUp.

Being responsible for the delivery of all team work in progress.

Effectively delegate to account management team members and manage their workload.

Mentor team members and develop their skill set in accordance with their individual goals, objectives and career path.

Recruitment and interviews of new team members.

Actively be involved in new business efforts from qualifying opportunities to leading pitch teams.

Accountable for revenue, profitability and growth.

Maintain the agency’s high client retention rate by developing and fostering long lasting client relationships.

Maintain a thorough understanding of our clients’ sectors and market trends, thus positioning the agency as experts in the relevant area.

Contribute to the good financial management of the business, improving profitability wherever possible, implementing and monitoring all billing procedures, alerting the owners promptly to any likely changes to billing and income, any potential write-offs, etc.

Ensure the effective management of client budgets and content distribution for maximum results. Oversee the delivery of forecasting and performance reporting by the Account Managers and Execs, helping them to deliver meaningful insights across all digital channels (such as SEO, PPC, & display).

Measure and report on the performance of campaigns, guiding and advising clients of best practice based on results.

Demonstrate value through monthly reporting and identifying new opportunities for growth aligned with objectives.

Interrogate data, campaign results, market trends and competitor insights to identify opportunities and anticipate any issues that might lead to a lack of performance.

Monitor clients’ commercial value to the agency, forecasting revenue on a monthly and yearly basis and up-or cross-selling relevant services and channels whenever the opportunity arises .
