Requirements Analysis — Work closely with clients to gather and analyze project requirements.
Timeline Adherence — Monitor project timelines and ensure that milestones are achieved on schedule
Change Management — Manage changes to project scope, requirements, and objectives.
Communicate changes to the team and stakeholders, ensuring a smooth transition.
Documentation — Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
Create and update project plans, Internal briefs, and other relevant documentation.
Marketing — Extensive background in B2B marketing, specifically in the events industry.
Specializing in developing tailored strategies to effectively reach and engage business-to-business audiences.
Proficient in identifying key decision-makers within target industries and crafting targeted messaging and campaigns to address their unique pain points and challenges.
Hands-on experience in leveraging various B2B marketing channels, including email marketing, content marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), and B2B social media platforms, to generate leads and drive conversions.
