Ensuring that video and radio production projects run smooth from beginning to end
Chairing daily catch up meetings with traffic and the studio team
Taking client briefs, briefing creative and ensuring desired delivery
Having quarterly meetings and strategy meetings with various clients
Building and maintaining relationships with client by fully understanding client industry and requirements.
Engaging with various departments, traffic, digital, production and studio to ensure project deliveries on print, digital are correct and on time.
Setting up internal reviews and client presentations
Presenting concepts to clients with the creative team
Provide ongoing updates through the use of contact reports, status reports and analysis report.
Ensuring that projects are on budget and billed correctly.
