Job Title: Marketing Manager & General Administration

Duration: 10

Key Responsibilities: Managing all Marketing aspects for the company – i.e creating company profile, business cards and company stationery(letterhead, email signatures, including copy writing and design layouts etc.)

Creating Company presentation templates etc.

Managing the website designer and helping to come up with new designs

Managing the graphic designer and guiding her on what needs to be done for the company

Creating and also presentation of the Marketing strategy

Budgeting and planning for the year

Handling branded clothing and designs with team

Handling new printing or branded content

Setting up, creating ads and Running/management of the Google ads and social media accounts monthly and any other marketing – including setting up keywords and more.

Answering calls and dealing with potential clients and getting their details and liaising with team to contact them.

Dealing with leads via phone and email and WhatsApp

Follow up on leads – documents created and updated to keep track

Follow up with Top Management that quoting has been done weekly – to ensure that none were missed or not followed up on.

Also doing PA work when requested to help out – Like booking accommodation, cars etc

Project managing and multi-tasking due to Marketing and Health and Safety Role – with last minute deadlines to handle on Health & Safety side

I also provide comprehensive support in general administration and address Health and Safety requirements upon team request.

My role involves ensuring meticulous organisation of health and safety files, facilitating compliance with auditors and clients. This crucial aspect, essential for their line of work, has played a pivotal role in securing and retaining key clients. For this role I deal directly with the Technical & Managing Directors.
