Key Responsibilities: Corporate Identity Governance – Responsible for ensuring the identity of the organization and inhouse brands are maintained and followed throughout the organization.
Branding– Created a range of branded material for display purposes, for branded gifting and for corporate wear, signage / display for brands.
Events and Trade Shows – Created, implemented, and coordinated an annual events plan for the group.
Activations included sector trade shows, regional customer events, international product exhibitions, golf days and internal events and conferences.
Traditional & Digital Advertising – Created, implemented, and coordinated annual advertising plans for all brands.
I was responsible for publication selections and co-ordination with respective editors/journalists on feature articles and advert placements within the lighting arena.
Platforms included both print and digital media partners.
Social Media Management & Online Reputation Management – Created, implemented, and coordinated social media plans and schedules, keeping in-line with advertising and event plans, marketing strategy and company and brand objectives.
Graphic design – Did all in-house design of all company and brand administrative documentations in-line with various CI’s.
Also did the in-house design of all company sales and marketing material, i.e.: Brochures / Specification Sheets / Business Cards / Calendars, and all In-house designs of all branded items, i.e.: Display material, signage, corporate gifting / corporate ware / product branding.
Photography & Videography – I was responsible for In-house photography and drone footage and editing of company product media, events, and facilities.
Web Development / Html5– Upgraded and created the company websites (Html5) in-line with CI and maintained current digital product offerings and activities on an engagement level.
I fully integrated OpenCart with custom dev work for better UX and streamline shopping. It also included the SEO, Meta tags, social tags, remarketing and Google tracking and analytics.
e-Commerce – Successfully launched, customized and managed the online shopping platform with full integration into Google shopping through the Merchant Center.
It included running shopping ads on Google and setting up local inventory feeds to showcase in the shopping section of Google.
It also included booking courier deliveries and customer care.
Google – Implemented and managed all digital assets and online advertising for the Group on Google. This included Analytics, Search Console, Tracking/Conversions, AdSense. AdWords and DFP setup and campaigns across all digital assets.
