Key Responsibilities: Meticulously maintaining and updating records associated with the operation of the family office
Managing commercial and personal travel arrangements: including flights, hotels, motor vehicles, and entertainment and compiling detailed spreadsheets with regards to expenses
Playing a central role in a series of project management assignments: overseeing budgets, and tracking costs associated with events
Researching locations and liaising with tour guides
Arranging weekly and daily work, client, and travel schedules
Managing household staff, property portfolio matters, and maintenance schedules
Liaising with service providers and suppliers
Managed philanthropic donations
