Key Responsibilities: I currently run the entire business development department by myself.
I am responsible for generating new business and growing existing client relationships using an omni-channel approach.
My role also includes account management, including copywriting techniques, cold emailing, cold calling and market research.
I use different CRM systems like Hubspot and Pipedrive.
I carry out the entire sales process from start to finish ensuring a good relationship with the client.
I provide KPI weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
I also collaborate with stakeholders, developing projects, analysis, gathering and presenting user requirements.
I also do the process modeling and analysis, reporting to business leaders and stakeholders.
I have great communication skills, I am good at finding business processes that can modernize and automate existing systems in order to upsell and cross sell.
I also create strategy roll out reports and work hand in hand with the CEO.
