Conduct competitor analysis and provide actionable insights to the leadership team.
Oversee the client’s social media presence and website, driving engagement and user experience.
Campaign Management Review and approve campaign plans prepared by the Digital Media Manager.
Ensure that campaigns are in line with broader marketing and business goals.
Testing and Reporting — Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance data.
Implement changes based on test results to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign results and insights, reporting directly to the Head of Digital Marketing.
Client Relationship Management Build and maintain relationships with external agencies and vendors.
Manage partnerships to deliver on paid media objectives efficiently.
Identify potential agencies and vendors that can provide services such as SEO, SEM, content creation, social media management, advertising, and web development.
Oversee and coordinate the execution of digital marketing projects with agencies and vendors.
Financial Management Develop and manage the paid media budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve sales and brand awareness targets.
Determine the budget required for campaigns and allocate resources effectively across various digital marketing channels
People Management — Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
Provide guidance, support, and ongoing training to ensure team members meet and exceed performance targets.
Interview and recruit new members of the team, including determining appropriate compensation levels with input from Human Capital.
Stakeholder Management — Foster collaboration with other teams within the organization, including Content, Product, and Analytics, to ensure seamless integration of marketing strategies and initiatives.
Drive digital creative excellence by collaborating with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with target audiences.
