Oversee work of over 30 Community Managers across APAC and EMEA – ensuring the work is completed to a high standard.
Auditing channels and ensuring the channels are kept clean each day and up to clients standards.
Implementing and reviewing all reporting.
Content suggestions for the client.
Managing any escalations by reporting these to the client (brand protection).
Keeping track of all deliverables.
Managing all client meetings and delivering summaries to the rest of the leadership team.
Ensuring timely responses to the clients requests via email and slack.
Requests range from general questions, extra support, brief reports etc.
All team training and making sure the team feel supported.
