Loaded candidates on to CRM system: (previously Placement Partner) currently Ditto.
Interviewed candidates to ensure they meet the competency, culture, and environment for that vacancy and company.
Presented candidates according to the client’s preference either SAP portal upload or email.
Candidate interview preparation for each stage of the recruitment process.
Managed the candidate’s expectations throughout the interview process.
Managed the clients expectations throughout their specific process.
General Admin: data capturing candidate information into CRM, advertised vacancies, weekly KPI reports, weekly client reports and updates.
