Job Title: Digital Content Coordinator
Duration: 10
Key Responsibilities: Report to the two ministers at the church and work closely with the office manager, lay preachers, and volunteers.
Liaise with the ministers and volunteers to create PowerPoint presentations (100+ slides) for church services, memorials, baptisms, special services, and events.
Manage all the social media pages including the WhatsApp groups, Facebook (1400 followers), YouTube channel and Instagram.
Upload videos daily on YouTube and sharing them across all the social media platforms.
Management of the YouTube channel.
Create digital content to be posted on the social media sites.
Coordinate the distribution of videos and notes for the bible study WhatsApp group which has over 400 members.
Design, proofread, and edit the Messenger newsletter on a bi-monthly basis and the Minister’s Blog for the website.
Maintain a photo archive.
Use Canva to design booklets and format, proofread, and edit them before they are sent to the printers.
Liaise with the web developers regarding any updates to the church website.
