Key Responsibilities: Capturing of title deed data.
Assist in filing.
Assist in organizing and handing over of title deeds to owners.
Assist in informing communities about the handing over of title deeds.
Performing administrative duties independently as instructed by the project manager.
Emailing various documents to specific destinations and tracking communique.
Filing of documents/ correspondence.
Making/ receiving telephonic calls and forwarding/ recording messages and calls to specific personnel.
Perform additional general administration tasks assigned by supervisor.
Verifying accuracy of details recorded on documents and updating work in progress information on specific systems of the department.
Establishing and attending to the nature of enquiries from the general public, prior to forwarding to respective personnel or respective branches for attention.
