I was brought in to facilitate digital transformation in the agency team; evolve processes in both client and agency; assist the client team in deploying a new MarTech stack, and remedy the commercials on the account.
On another account my role was to shift the perception of the client regarding the skill and credibility of WTT as a data partner. During this time I was forced to evolve my leadership style and refine my inter-personal skills.
