Monitoring 7 dealerships productivity and procedures
Training current and new F&I’s – company procedures, vaps, compliance
Digital marketing, social media management, business development, lead generation and management
Manage Call Centre leads and provide weekly/monthly/quarterly reports
Develop new procedures to improve business practice
Weekly dealer visits and reports on each dealerships performance (leads, applications, sales)
Monthly DP presentations to report on the month/quarter performance, areas of improvement, areas to develop and focus on, etc
