Key Responsibilities: Attending weekly marketing team status meetings
Pulling weekly digital stats performance data
Pulling competitor data (monthly)
Assessing SquareSpace insights (monthly)
Ensuring new projects and stats are updated across all our assets (website, portfolio docs, social media) (monthly)
Managing the email address: assessing leads and passing on to relevant sales person(s) or other via Salesforce where applicable
Pulling and assessing leads data from Salesforce
Assisting with all marketing department activities as and where required, i.e. SEO, Google Ads, Blog, PR, Events, Social Media, Customer Satisfaction Surveys
Social media management: managing our social media platforms including reverts to online activity, posting organic and paid content
Managing the implementation of the marketing content calendar
Liaising with copywriter(s) on key pieces of content that require compilation and/or editing
Ensuring internal and external marketing tools are regularly updated
Managing the trusted partner programme (from end Q3 2022)
Assisting with ad hoc investor communication
Assisting with pulling stats/insights for strategies
Drafting ad hoc copy (long and short format)
Assisting with the collection of credit information from customers and liaising with the internal credit division
Assisting the Sales team with various administrative tasks
Assisting with CRM (Salesforce) management
