Key Responsibilities: Create and implement a marketing mix to increase volume sales and traffic
Develop strategies, programs, and policies to promote the three sites as destinations of preference..
Working closely with hotels, villas, restaurants, wineries and other local attractions.
Oversee creative message development. Organize various media information and make affordable and effective media buys to promote visits to the three destinations.
Oversee design/printing of marketing publications.
Plan new research-based advertising strategies for current and subsequent years that will increase market share and footfall traffic.
Develop relationships with national, and regional tourism based publications and writers, tour operators and travel agents.
Brief press releases to be released to media.
Build campaigns and stories for unique selling points
Design, develop and conduct familiarization tours of the three destinations for media, event planning, tour operators and travel agents.
Promote attractions & community events to visitors. Contribute to and monitor the flow of new web content.
Coordinate with the web maintenance provider to create a monthly report on the effectiveness of the website.
Coordinate special events.
Prepare monthly reports on basic inquiry data and creative initiatives as well as activities and initiatives.
