Key Responsibilities: Oversight of Client Service team

Understanding the essential dynamics, strategies and drivers of the Client’s business and challenges

Management of multiple projects simultaneously from concept to execution

Crafting creative briefs and delivering verbal briefings to Creative teams

Development and refinement of strategies to achieve Client goals

Using Agency resources to support Client’s business with the ability to lead, guide and manage the entire collaborative team across various disciplines

Managing Client expectations, objectives, and timelines

Planning all engagements including goals, deliverables, schedules and budgets by managing the workflow process with support from Agency resources

Execution and rollout of campaigns

Smooth coordination of production jobs across integrated platforms

Financial control of budgets, including recons

Status and contact reports

Cost estimates, approvals, purchase orders, billing instructions and timesheets

Exceptional Client service delivery

Deepening of Client relationships to ensure retention and account growth
