Key Responsibilities: Sales account management for both direct and agency portfolio of clients.
Pitching creative solutions to client briefs. Cold calling and finding new potential leads.
Attend client briefing meetings to ensure a full understanding of the client’s objectives.
Brainstorm proactive ideas backed with insights.
Compiling comprehensive and detailed campaign chaselists and factsheets with which to brief platforms and clients on campaign mechanics and all required elements.
Liaising with Account Managers, clients, stations, and the traffic department to ensure that all campaigns run smoothly.
Tracking all booked campaigns and ensuring all deadlines are met.
Ensuring that all feedback/audio clips/video/digital stats from campaign execution are collected timeously.
Work with the Account Managers in ensuring that PCA information is relevant and accurate.
Produce post-campaign reports that meet and exceed clients’ expectations.
Assist with the scripting of various campaign components including radio promos, generics, live reads, stings, billboards, website advertorials, blogs, and social media posts.
Assist with copywriting and proof-checking the company newsletter.
