Job Title: Customer Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities: Build, maintain and present Marketing Strategy for portfolio.

Create persuasive content for B2C direct marketing campaigns aimed at digital app downloads and usage, product registrations, raising awareness, educating customers, facilitating repayments, and encouraging product take-up.

Direct Marketing Campaign Management o Ensure the smooth running of campaigns from strategy to delivery ensuring marketing campaigns and assets are delivered to plan, on time and to the correct standard.

Develop and execute marketing journeys, messaging, creative execution for projects and other marketing campaigns.

Ensure marketing communications are on product message, on brand, and adhere to regulatory requirements.

Communicate internally and externally marketing strategies based on marketing planned and agreed upon with Portfolio Strategy

Campaign performance insights and reporting

Track, measure and optimize marketing campaigns.

Evaluate the success of marketing strategy to provide and implement recommendations for improvement.

Interpret campaign performance data to extract valuable insights, which are utilized to generate monthly reports and drive data-driven decision-making.

Analyze customer data to enhance customer experience and value.

Customer Journey Mapping o Create and maintain all messages and product journeys.

Frequent customer journey analysis o Align and manage all customer touch points with products to ensure elements are in line with customer value proposition strategy.

A/B Testing Strategies o Develop and implement test cases to capture quantitative and qualitative data to increase future campaign success.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support the development and implementation of new and existing products.

Create content and execute any ad hoc campaigns related to incident management.

External collaboration with partners for above-the-line marketing o Create and maintain briefs for partners.

Facilitate executions.

Monthly marketing internal email o Create, build, and send monthly marketing emails using Mailchimp.

Present key workstreams in company stand-up and business unit learning sessions.
