About the Candidate

I have extensive experience in motivating and training of telemarketers, I have managed my own teams and also assisted other managers with finding and fixing targets and target maintaining. I have also managed the salary division for our telemarketing offices for about 2 years, I then moved on to the debt collecting department for 2 years. My sales experience is not only on a face to face basis with clients but the last 7 years mostly telesales, assisting with portfolio management, upgrading or down grading depending on their needs
