Pay attention to detail, typing errors and grammar
Handle queries – When a client had issues with their insurance I had to resolve that problem first before I could consider escalating anything to my teamleader.
Handle objections – Handle different types of objections Eg. Speak to spouse, Financial problem, Not interested, Think about it.
Setup appointments – When the client requests for a call back you set up an appointment on the CRM system and make sure you honour all appointments.
Customer service
