Render office administration in accordance to PFMA, BAIA, leave policy and records management.
Manages the Director’s itinerary by compiling and submitting itineraries to relevant offices.
Handle the correspondences through recording, copying, filing and sending to relevant offices, regional offices and other stakeholders.
Co-ordinate proper management of the office and welcoming of officials or guests in a polite manner.
Procure and arrange for accommodation and travel arrangements bookings.
Capture requisitions on Logis and make sure procurements processes are followed and done on time for the Community Sport & Recreation Directorate in Head Office and the 03 Regions
