Key Responsibilities: Onboarding new clients which includes processing software agreements while ensuring FICA & POPIA compliancy
Installing the software on clients’ computers remotely
Conducting online start-up training, as well as recording and providing video tutorials and induction manuals
Managing incoming support related requests which includes responding to and resolving complex client issues through incident recognition, research, isolation and escalation (troubleshooting and liaising with our developers where improvements and bug fixes are required)
Creating artwork and content for the company website, social media and email campaigns
Social media management of all business accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and Google My Business)
Assisting the accountant with arrears notices, debt collection and payment arrangements
