Budget and Expenditure Management for all SA Corporate Offices. Trained in Solver and Acumatica.
Managing the Execution of Corporate Events, Board Meetings and Staff Functions.
Acting as the 8.2 Health and Safety Supervisor for Gauteng and KZN. Fully trained.
Working hand-in-hand with the Facilities Team Lead and sharing responsibilities on various Office-Related projects.
Manage the relationship with Office Expansion and Maintenance Vendors when necessary.
Assist the Facilities Team Lead with all the Administration, Office Maintenance and Snags; including using ERP systems required and working closely with Procurement and Finance till project completion.
