Key Responsibilities: Overall responsibility for the running of the company – both operational and functional requirements.
Head up the advertising and branding departments, project management, business management, change management, brand management and event management teams.
Manage all financial requirements of the team and the business, down to approvals of costings, expenses and processing of all payments.
Generate all costing proposals for the business and walk them through the financial system.
Develop, establish and maintain strategies to meet client objectives as well as effectively manage the corporate development, marketing, advertising, branding and change management teams.
Responsible for translating strategy into big ideas that can work across various mediums.
Responsible for the editorial and corporate brand perception through the media.
Implement internal and external communication strategies including crisis and reputation management.
Manage all HR issues of the team
Target any and all potential business opportunities
Once briefs or concepts are bought or approved, take full control and accountability of all points of contact and generate all necessary documentation in order to ensure success through the cycle.
Responsible for the management of all sales presentations and pitches.
Calling on clients to ensure that the team is delivering according to expectations.
