Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities: Strategy: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and tactics to increase company/employer branding and improve customer/candidate applications

Identify, test, and use the applicable digital advertising platforms and tools that will help increase site traffic, ad engagement, and applications

Assist in the website UI/UX design and page content development and management that will help ensure more seamless online customer/candidate applications

Ad-spend planning and forecasting

Create other initiatives that will help engage and nurture job seeker leads to build Security Bank as an employer of choice

Campaign Management: Develop and execute employer branding awareness campaigns using various SEO/SEM, database marketing, social media, and display advertising tools and channels

Monitor, measure, and report channel and campaign performance against budget and business goals (KPI/ROI)

Conduct website and campaign analytics and share timely insights, recommendations or action points to help optimize user experience and/or conversion

Coordinate and closely work with existing and/or new partners or vendors to identify, test, and use of new media channels and tools

Communication: Manage the digital content development, duration, optimization and management strategies and activities via the career websites, social accounts (i.e. Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube), and other partners
