Job Title: National Sales & Operation & Key Accounts Manager

Duration: 15

Key Responsibilities: Responsible for driving sales and placing orders for designated stores as per route schedule in JHB, KZN, and CPT – 1.5 million monthly targets.

Overseeing all retailers, including PnP Family, Spar, Dischem, Food Lovers Market & Independents. o Execution of new listings & promotions — assisting with Key Accounts.

Daily control & management of the sales team & merchandisers.

Conducting floor walks during call visits & supplier trade visits.

Displaying promotional ends and pricing flashers.

Ensuring planograms and promotions are implemented & provided feedback.

Negotiating space & display areas with store managers and owners for deals and promotions.

Controlling stock rotation – addressing short-dated and expired stock through retailers’ online reports and store visits.

Managing and controlling shelf pricing, pricing flashers, product flows, and maximising sales for all principles.

Completing all principal reports and presentations.

Conducting price surveys and taking photos of all area activities when necessary.

Motivating, managing, and training all merchandisers in stores to ensure they complete their required position in their stores.

Responsible for addressing returns within the stores — minimising credit notes to an acceptable level..
