Filtering candidates for open positions
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and personality traits
Post job ads on professional sites, job sites ( mostly sourcing does this)
Participate in candidate sourcing efforts
Design job descriptions that reflect each position’s requirements
Work with the team and provide feedback on what you see is working and not working, and help determine our strategy for new roles.
