Key Responsibilities: Attend a multitude of strategy forums and key management committees to stay up to date with operational conditions and provide early warning to the CEO and develop clear action items for execution.
Ensure that policy or strategy decisions taken by the CEO are communicated to the correct audience in a timely manner and implemented.
Act as initial point of entry for escalated client queries and for queries from other external stakeholders.
Interface with the CEO’s direct reports to understand the operating environment and assess to prioritise focus areas and budget allocation.
Analyse strategic proposals and make strategic suggestions.
Weekly planning with CEO — provide information and deliverables to assist CEO be more productive and effective.
Plan and coordinate quarterly EXCO planning process (objectives and key results) and events.
