Key Responsibilities: Product Listing Management: Creating and managing product listings on the website, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and categorization.

Inventory Management: Monitoring and updating inventory levels to ensure availability, avoiding stockouts, and utilizing website’s inventory management tools effectively.

Pricing and Promotion Strategies: Analyzing market trends, competition, and sales data to develop pricing strategies and implement promotions, including discounts, coupons, and lightning deals.

Order Processing and Fulfillment: Monitoring incoming orders, ensuring timely order processing, coordinating with fulfillment centers or managing inventory and shipping processes.

Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer support to maintain high ratings and positive reviews.

Performance Monitoring: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion rates, return rates, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies accordingly.

Advertising and Marketing: Managing Amazon advertising campaigns, optimizing keywords, bids, and targeting to maximize visibility and drive sales. Utilizing Amazon’s marketing tools and features effectively.
