I was part of the Team to handle IT Infrastructure across all Manila sites.
We attend to IT projects and Changes in accordance with ITIL guidelines.
With IGT, I got exposed to the major areas of business IT such as Networks, Telecommunications, and Systems.
Expertise: Dell Servers, iDRAC, and iLO, Storage Platforms – RAID, NAS, SAN, Cloud, Cisco Routers and Switches, Avaya, Webex, RingCentral, Meraki, WatchGuard, Fortinet, SonicWall, SIEM – Solarwinds, IBM QRadar, Office 365, Azure, AWS, etc.
