Job Title: Senior Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities: Identify opportunities and deliver effective strategies to generate results.

Lead and mentor a team of Marketing Strategists to build relationships with over 12 key client accounts and manage digital ad budgets.

Develop strategic marketing planning, branding, and product development that is adaptable for online and traditional marketing.

Develop sales pipelines

Execute online and offline marketing initiatives, integrating online and new media, email, print, direct mail, social media, company websites, SEM/SEO strategy development, brand awareness and drip marketing initiatives.

Identify client success stories and create appropriate case studies and collateral.

Create content for corporate marketing collateral, website/blog/social media, and creatives which include client services when necessary.

Effective management of the marketing, advertising, and promotional activities of the business.

Provide marketing presentations for the business which may include press releases, contributed articles, events, and conferences.

Create effective, compelling positioning, messaging, and sales tools.

Stays abreast of market trends to drive topics for client webinars and white-paper strategies

Create sales-ready tools, including market-facing presentation content to be used for Sales to highlight the benefits of our services to our clients.

Analyze performance that leverages behavioural interest profiling to drive new client acquisition & sales revenue.

Establish and articulate project scope, strategy and objectives to internal clients, production team and key leadership

Control the business’s operations and give strategic guidance to the organisation’s board of directors ensuring the company achieves its mission and objectives.
Prepare an annual marketing plan and monitor progress against the plans to ensure that the business attains its objectives as cost-effectively and efficiently as possible.
