    • Grow the franchise footprint by helping to source new franchisees in alignment with strategic goals (e.g. transformation)
    • Align our organisation’s top-to-bottom goals: drive achievement of interconnected goals from departments, teams, and individual contributors (measure: OKR dashboard)
    • Provide practical support and advice to the CEO and other members of the executive team, as required

    • Oversee the specification & implementation of new systems
    • Motivate and manage staff at all levels and across all teams, including performance management and 1:1 reviews.
    • Identify and nurture key talent Establish policies and programmes that promote company culture and individual accountability
    • Leverage business partnerships: Work with the CEO and Co-COO to forge strategic partnerships and relationships with franchisees and external business relationships
