    My background is in psychology, my strong point is behavior, communication, and rapid change. I have a degree in Applied Psychology (Industrial/clinical and communications). My background, years of study, and experiences have helped me specialize in normal human, and buying behavior, from researching, and analyzing behavior, to coming up with new ideas and ways to use that info to our advantage, to get our online audience’s attention with optimized written social media content, not only to keep them engaged on our platforms, but also to warm up the prospects to eventually go from a lead to an actual paying customer. In a world where things are constantly changing at rapid speeds, social media is no different, and as a social media content designer, one of my top priorities is to stay up to date with online trends and the consistent rapid change in the way things are marketed and presented online.

    • I design, implement and manage social media channels, as well as engage with their audiences on the different platforms. I work closely with the digital marketing and graphic design team to align goals. I also cover the email journeys, copywriting, and editing of website-written content.
    • Everything I do is based on the RAS model – relate, amplify and solve. My main job role is to build and grow the RAS Digital Marketing Agency’s online communities and engage with potential and current clients.
    • Constantly researching new trends and different ways to engage with our audiences, analyzing engagement data, and seeing what works and what doesn’t work.
    • From there social media strategies are created and implemented (via Zoho Social), based on the overall goals of the company.
