Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a series of integrated, digital and multichannel direct marketing campaigns to generate revenue
Partner with the product team, project managers, and account managers to ensure all campaigns are delivered effectively, to the deadline, and against business objectives
Utilise the business’ in-house platforms to plan recruitment and leverage monetisation techniques
Create test plans and execute A/B testing strategies to drive revenue for the campaigns
Monitor the performance of campaigns, implementing changes as required
Provide detailed analysis and reporting of each campaign, including interpretation, commentary and recommendations
Maintain recruitment forecasting and regular measurement of recruitment channels employed in the campaigns
Have a solid grasp on the data selected for each campaign and use them to support campaign and business objectives
Recruit, train, mentor and manage an international copywriting team
