I am a spontaneous, creative capsule just waiting to go off. I am crazy passionate about the digital world, a modern day Alice in a digital wonderland. A colorful voice of fresh originality. If i were born a chameleon, I would be the one that always stood out, while all of the others tried to blend in. After i left high school, it wasn’t long before I found myself sitting in law lectures. Needless to say, law lost its grip on me, as I ventured into the deeply intriguing and creative right side of my brain. I went from acting in commercials to singing on Idols and X-Factor, to being an on air intern at the 5fm radio station. I have no fear of depths, just a fear of shallow living. With a raucous love and organic passion for creativity, community and brand — I have always found myself dancing in the arms of my first loves; social media, content and design. I get excited when a community and brand meet through creative and innovative steps.

Key Responsibilities:

Head of the creative and organic designs for the companies logos, business cards, pamphlets, social media platforms, copy, mails, etc.

Head of the creative, media and development teams. Leading them into producing and crafting original and usable concepts in response to creative briefs.

Set goals for the creative, media and development teams and oversee the day to-day operations.

Custodian and creator of copy, tone of voice and the language style of the brand.

Define, follow and evolve digital strategies whilst researching audience preferences, discovering current trends and managing the social media platforms.

Setting up and running of Graba Global’s epos and business days

Designing and overseeing of all social media channels and/or blogs as well as planning and implementing all social media campaigns — while adhering to ORM with an organic and respectable tone of voice, bringing the brand to life — whilst responding to comments and messages on all digital and social media channels and growing fan and client bases.

Fostering an environment where the various social media communities can build long term relationships with the brand/or client, through responsive and ongoing communication.

Sourcing, researching, crafting, developing, editing and publishing of daily and/or monthly engaging content and articles for e-mail and social mediums with exceptional attention to detail and creativity.

Capturing, editing and creating video and video content for all digital and social mediums.

Capturing of organic photography for special campaigns and digital design.

Compile editorial schedules for brand pages. Create and/or curate social content with editorial plan. Scheduling of posts in accordance with a pre determined editorial calendar. Analyzing post and brand engagement performance.

Engage in active conversation with communities or prospects.

Representing the social channel in campaign and concept development sessions.

Building visibility and credibility for the brand including promoting posts or creating targeted advertising via social media.

Researching opportunities to connect with new people / clients whilst identifying and actioning proactive engagement opportunities.

Preparing reports and adding useful insights.
